On Saturday i had a photoshoot at one of our local bar/restaurants the Alex cafe bar in felixstowe. The snow was coming down in buckets and the car was stranded! So with the help of my assistant (my 9 year old son!) we braved the elements and loaded up all my gear onto my trolley and lugged it all down to the seafront. I did take turns in pulling - honest!!

well we finally got some snow in Felixstowe!! About 7 inches!!

We normally get left out, being on the coast but not this time! This is our house ready for next years christmas card!!

In September i covered a wedding between Rachel and Joel at Hales Hall barn, Norfolk. Hales Hall Barn is the largest surviving brick-built medieval barn in Britain! It creates a fantastic atmosphere when all the candles are lit! The fab flowers were by Libby Ferris who is also based in Norwich

In August i covered a wedding between Paul and Sam at Canizarro House in Wimbledon, south London. The heavens opened in the morning but luckily it was all dried out by the time the ceremony was over. It was a great day with lots of kids and a magic show!!

In August i covered the wedding between Ellie and Peter at Stowlangtoft in Suffolk. It was a great wedding for me as i had covered Ellie's sisters wedding a few years before and it was so nice to meet up with Ruth and james again (not to mention their new addition!!)
It was for me a classic blue skied Suffolk wedding at the local church and then on to the family home for the reception in the Marquee. The bride and groom travelled in an old Morris commercial vehicle which belonged to the brides grandafther and was specially restored for the big day!!

I received a fantastic card this morning from a wedding that i shot in Woolpit, suffolk a couple of months ago.

Just thought i'd let you all know that i will be attending a small wedding fair this Saturday the 29th of August at Butley Priory in Suffolk. It's from 12 to 5pm and it would be great if any blog followers came to say hello! Butley priory is a beautiful venue set in the heart of suffolk and close to Orford. In June i covered a wedding between Rebecca and William at Otley Hall in Suffolk. The day started off at Rebecca's parents house for the getting ready shots and then off to the local church in Otley for their ceremony. With no hint of bad weather the guests moved onto Otley Hall for the reception and wedding breakfast in the marquee. It was a great day helped along by the very efficient team from Otley Hall!

Hello again! it's been a little while since i've posted much as we escaped to our bolt hole in the middle of France! 2 weeks of sun (most unusual!) and general relaxation was had by all. We had'nt visited the house for about a year and on the way down got totally lost (who needs maps! Sat nav? better put it on next time!) and ended up in a hotel for the night!! After that we just stayed put and spent the last two nights in Paris!

I received the following testimonial this morning form a great couple that i had the pleasure of working with a couple of months ago. I get a lot of requests to supply images on disk only and not in an album but i think that you can never get the wow factor like you can with an album!!

Our album arrived safely last week and after carefully removing it from it's packaging we were absolutely blown away by the photos!  You have captured the day so well and with the photos looking so natural.

June found me at one of my favourite locations - Yaxley Hall. The wedding was between Kimiko and Anthony and it was organised from Japan! We managed to meet up in the week before the wedding to finalise album choice etc. The fab flowers where by Michael Pooley who is based in Ipswich. Many thanks again to the Yaxley Hall team who are always  great to work with!
